About Our Hong An Special Pho

Our Special Pho is the heart and soul of Hong An Vietnamese Cuisine. The broth is prepared using a traditional Vietnamese recipe — beef bones are simmered for hours with star anise, cinnamon, cloves, and charred ginger and onion to create a deeply aromatic, clear golden broth.
